Fortunately or unfortunately I needed customer service this week for my Web site and design needs. Let me say, I was amazed. GoDaddy has great service, over the top, couldn't help enough, looked for more ways to save money and ensure I was getting all I needed. Someone use them as a model!!! If more companies realized your marketing starts internally before it really can be the best externally, profitability would prevail. I'll be back GoDaddy. The Time In Between

I spend a good deal of each day working with developing leadership processes or talking with people about leadership and realizing with each person and day just how many people are only vaguely familiar with what being a leader actually means. Admittedly, I am a geek for reading, writing, learning, practicing, working the plan, etc. about leadership. Truly, though, getting your game on about leadership and working it from processes to communication will truly make a difference in your success - personnally and professionally. It is the new thing. The latest fad. The way many describe themselves because it is what you need to be, or so all the business books say. But really, in between all that, if we can all just take a few minutes to really look at what it means to be a leader, really do the things leaders do, really take time to think about and live leadership, we would all be far more successful. Leadership - there is an I in the word

Remarkable or not, as I meet with people in my business, the first and foremost need time after time is to get them on, or back on, the leadership track. If everyone believes and acts as if they really are leaders, productivity, human kindness, teams and companies certainly benefit, but it seems to be an elusive goal. Sad but true, most people do not look at themselves as leaders; moreover, they don't even think it is achieveable. Leadership is for....leaders. You know. Those people out there somewhere that are.....leaders. Although many people can easily identify that our "leaders" in public offices are not really leaders, we each forget to realize we can really be the leaders that are needed. It just means taking the challenge and running with it. It is very doable. It is so doable we MUST take on the role because our businesses and our futures depend on it.
